Deliverables
Every layout project includes a scaled floor plan drawn to accurate dimensions, annotated with furniture footprints and recommended clearances. We specify rug sizes, coffee table proportions, and television placement where relevant, always noting cable routing and plug locations.
A supplementary sourcing list identifies gaps — perhaps a narrow console for an hallway or a compact armchair for a bay window — with dimensions, budget tiers, and Irish retailer options. One revision round is included within ten business days of initial delivery.
Pricing
Layout planning for a single main living area — typically a sitting room, open-plan kitchen-living space, or primary bedroom — costs €445. Each additional connected room on the same visit is €175. Whole-ground-floor planning for up to four rooms starts at €895.
On-site measurement within Dublin city and suburbs is included in these fees. Clients who provide accurate floor plans and photographs may opt for remote layout at €395 per main area, subject to our confirmation that measurements are reliable.

Process timeline
After booking, we send a short questionnaire about household size, daily routines, and pieces you intend to keep. On-site visits typically last ninety minutes and include photography for reference. Draft plans arrive within seven business days, with revision requests resolved within five.
If you are mid-renovation, we can coordinate with your architect or contractor on fixed elements such as kitchen islands, built-in wardrobes, and fireplace surrounds. Early involvement prevents costly repositioning of sockets, radiators, or structural partitions.
