Services and fees
Overview
Demenpreei offers fixed-scope styling packages priced in euros. Each service includes a written deliverable — never a vague Pinterest board alone. Travel within Dublin city and suburbs is included; locations beyond thirty kilometres incur a mileage supplement of €0.65 per kilometre.
All fees are payable fifty percent on booking and fifty percent on delivery of final documentation. We accept bank transfer and major credit cards. VAT-registered invoices are available for corporate and landlord clients upon request.

Prices reflect our standard Dublin residential scope. Commercial enquiries, holiday rentals, and new-build show homes are quoted individually after an initial briefing. Rush delivery within five business days carries a twenty percent surcharge.
Specialist services
Colour consultation
Room-by-room paint and trim specification with large-format swatches. Ideal before hiring decorators or tackling a DIY weekend. From €395 for up to three rooms.
Furniture layout
Scaled floor plans, traffic-flow analysis, and dimensioned furniture recommendations. Works with existing pieces or a planned purchase list. From €445 per main living area.
Seasonal updates
Spring and autumn styling visits covering textiles, table settings, and entryway presentation. Subscription packages available from €580 per year for two visits.
Add-ons and extras
Shopping accompaniment within Dublin costs €95 per half-day plus any parking charges. We can source and coordinate delivery of furniture and accessories for a project management fee of fifteen percent of goods value, minimum €150. Custom joinery specification without site measurement starts at €275.
Virtual consultations via video are available at a ten percent discount on standard rates for clients outside our travel zone. Recordings and annotated screenshots are included so you can revisit decisions without relying on memory alone.
What is not included
Our fees cover design guidance and documentation only. Paint, furniture, textiles, contractor labour, and delivery charges are billed separately by suppliers and trades. We provide recommended contacts but remain independent — we do not accept commission from retailers, which keeps our advice unbiased.
If your project requires structural alteration, planning permission, or certified electrical and plumbing work, we will refer you to appropriate professionals. We are happy to liaise with your contractor on finishes and placement but do not supervise building sites.

A confirmation email with scope, fee, and payment details follows once you approve the proposal. Cancellations more than forty-eight hours before a scheduled visit receive a full refund of the deposit; later cancellations forfeit the deposit but may be rescheduled once within six months.
